Prior to joining Beacon Global Strategies, Dilshad advised clients on public affairs, policy, and geopolitical issues across the technology and energy sectors. Her previous experience includes roles at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the U.S. Senate, where she focused on emerging technologies, energy policy, and economic security.
Dilshad holds both a M.A. in Security Policy Studies, with a concentration in Science & Technology, and a B.A. in Political Science, with minors in Business and Communication, from The George Washington University.
