Prior to joining Beacon Global Strategies, Audrey worked in technology private equity as part of the Sumeru Fellows Program, combining an analytic role with a cybersecurity placement at a portfolio company. Audrey also conducted global power competition and nuclear policy research as a summer researcher at the University of Chicago Existential Risk Laboratory, centering on US-China competition and security in the Taiwan Strait. Concurrent with her graduate studies, she completed an honors thesis focused on international development failures in Latin America.
Audrey holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Chicago Committee on International Relations and a B.A. with Honors in Global Studies with a specialization in Political Economics from the University of Chicago. Her undergraduate education included coursework abroad at Seoul National University in South Korea and in Oaxaca, Mexico.
