Caroline Preston Joined Beacon Global Strategies in February 2023
Prior to joining BGS, Ms. Preston was the Director for Policy and Projects at Business Executives for National Security (BENS). There, she led BENS’ projects related to workforce development, organizational transformation, and real property management. In this role, Ms. Preston engaged government partners and public sector stakeholders to create initiatives designed to strengthen and expand the nation’s national security talent pool and network.
Previously, she served at the US Agency for Global Media Office of Policy and Research, the US Department of State Office of UN Political Affairs and was a congressional affairs intern for U.S. Rep. Jim Langevin.
Ms. Preston holds an MA in Security Policy Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University and a BA in International Studies and Spanish from the Joseph Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
