Prior to joining BGS, Henry supported appropriations work for a U.S. Senator, managing Congressional Directed Spending requests and drafting report and bill language. Previously, he served as Advance Operations Manager on a presidential campaign and prior to that as an Advance Associate at the White House.
Earlier in his career, Henry worked at the American-Central European Business Association, leading over 30 trade missions across Central and Eastern Europe, facilitating bilateral meetings with heads of state, ministers, and senior business leaders to advance U.S. economic and strategic interests in the region.
Henry holds an M.A. in Global Policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in History from Denison University. His research on the sequential drivers of alliance formation is forthcoming as a published chapter.
