James Colligan Joined Beacon Global Strategies in December 2020
Prior to joining BGS, Mr. Colligan worked as a Government Affairs Senior Associate at the Raben Group LLC, a public affairs firm. Before his work with the Raben Group, he worked as a litigation assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on complex litigation and regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Colligan was a fellow at the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS).
Mr. Colligan graduated from American University with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in History. In 2020, he earned a Master of International Public Policy in American Foreign Policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
