Karen Hunter joined Beacon Global Strategies in July 2023
Karen Hunter is the Controller for Beacon Global Strategies. Ms. Hunter is a certified public accountant with experience building foundational financial systems to support business growth. She is skilled in financial reporting, compliance, and forecasting.
Ms. Hunter began her career in public accounting and transitioned to the private sector working for founder-led businesses. She has spent over a decade working to help build and professionalize the internal accounting function for these businesses.
Ms. Hunter graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Accounting and went on to earn her MBA from Marymount University.
