Meredith Brooks is a government relations expert with over 10 years of experience influencing federal technology and national security policy. She is an expert in advancing complex business priorities through strategic engagement with Congress, the White House, and Executive Branch agencies. Most recently, Meredith spent nearly 11 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was a founding member of the Government Relations team. In her role as a Defense and Emerging Technology Lobbyist, she led congressional and executive branch engagement for the firm’s Chief Technology Office and Defense Technology Group. Her work focused on advancing priorities across the firm’s technology stack, to include AI, quantum, cybersecurity, NextG, autonomy, and industrial base innovation. Meredith has a proven track record of building and institutionalizing a permanent public policy capability, securing legislative wins, and elevating corporate profile across government and industry. Prior to her lobbying role, Meredith served as a lead consultant for a federal client, where she focused on change management consulting, program management, and event design and execution. She also gained foundational legislative experience on Capitol Hill, serving as a Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives and as an intern for the House Committee on Homeland Security
Meredith holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University , and a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
