Beacon Global Strategies (BGS) today announced that Dominique Yantko has joined the firm as an Associate Vice President in its National Security Technology Practice. Dominique brings deep experience at the intersection of defense technology and business growth, spanning senior roles in industry and across the Pentagon.
Prior to joining BGS, Dominique served as Associate Director for Growth at Anduril Industries, where she led growth and capture efforts for the company’s Air Dominance & Strike Division, spanning the Collaborative Combat Aircraft program, autonomy software, and missiles, with a strong focus on international captures across Europe and the Indo-Pacific.
Before Anduril, Dominique held several senior roles across the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Air Force. As Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, she advised on defense security policy, National Defense Strategy implementation, security cooperation, and Foreign Military Sales, earning the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. On the Air Staff, she led strategic and net assessments focused on defense technology competition for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration, and Requirements (A5/7), and earlier served as Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of the Air Force. She began her career on Capitol Hill, supporting the Republican Policy Committee and several members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
