BGS Managing Director Michael Allen spoke on a panel at the Hudson Institute about reforming the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Allen was joined by AEI Resident Scholar Derek Scissors and Nancy McLernon, President and CEO of Organization for International Investment. The panel was moderated by former Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Security Mario Mancuso.
