Beacon Global Strategies (BGS) today announced that Cameron Fegers has joined the firm as a Vice President in its Defense and Aerospace Practice. A seasoned growth strategy advisor with more than a decade of experience, Cameron advises government contractors, commercial companies, and private equity firms on organic and inorganic growth strategies in the U.S. federal market, specializing in market analysis, competitive intelligence, capture support, and M&A advisory for strategic buyers and private equity firms in highly regulated markets.
Prior to joining Beacon, Cameron advised private equity investors on buy-side due diligence and post-close value creation strategies for national security transactions, and supported government contractors with market analyses, competitive intelligence, and capture strategy refinement. He previously worked in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Growth Office, supporting strategic planning efforts and corporate priority contract pursuits across the firm’s Navy and Marine Corps, Joint Combatant Command, and National Security accounts. He held earlier roles as a Senior Manager in The Beacon Group’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Practice (acquired by Accenture) and as an Engagement Manager at Avascent (now part of Oliver Wyman).
